Failed Install - Navisworks Freedom 2013

Hello All,

I'm having difficulty installing Navisworks Freedom 2013 on a workstation.

The install file is Autodesk_Navisworks_Freedom_2013_Multilingual_Win_64bit.exe.

It is being installed on Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit with 16GB RAM and 233GB free disk space.

The install fails whether logged in as the local administrator or as the domain administrator.

The install file has been downloaded twice in case the first attempt was corrupted.  Both display the same error.

It completes the file expansion, begins setup and then displays the error...

   "The system cannot open the device or file specified.

    C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\_AICCEF.tmp\x64\NAVFREE\freedom.msi"

If freedom.msi (above) is manually executed from Windows Explorer, it displays the error...

   "Error reading from file:

    C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\_AICCEF.tmp\x64\NAVFREE\Autodesk\Navisworks\Freedom2013\MRF\Setup\MC3.dll"

The Windows Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc) logs the latter error (event 11309), but not the former.

I'm stuck.  And idea what could be wrong?

Not sure why this made a difference, but...

This computer had previously had AutoCAD 2010 through AutoCAD 2013 and Navisworks Manage 2013 installed.  They had all been uninstalled, but their folders still remained in C:\Program Files.  We manually deleted those folders.  Then we deleted the contents of the temp folder (C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local\Temp).  Then we rebooted the computer, logged in, and re-ran the install... and it worked.

I did all these steps and still getting the same error.

Cleanned all temp files, restarted several times win 7 64 bits and still the same.

I've downloaded Navisworks Freedom only and tried to install , same error.

I've downloaded Navisworks manage 2012, same error.

I don't know what to do ...

Someone can help me?
