Can't loading peojct from Primavera P6 R8.3 by using DSN Login

Hi, I was used Primavera DSN with my Web Service, and login successful.

But I can not get my project from Database, (PS. XE is successful to got the project)

and i follow this log messages (and i also attachment my log file) :

Navisworks 2014 supports up to Primaver P6 8.2 so connecting 8.3 will not work. However we have added 8.3 support with our recent release of Navisworks 2015.

we change the Authentication Mode from Username to Cookies.

now, we got it .

When using a standalone copy of Primavera P6 Professional, the typical installation options loaded a copy of Oracle’s free Oracle Express (XE) database on your system. Periodically you may go to login to Primavera P6 and get this message. This happens because the Oracle XE database service has failed and thus Primavera P6 cannot connect to it. The cause of XE failures is varied, but the PC coming out of hibernation is one common item that we encountered.
