Hi there,

PGHook.dll is not supplied as part of Navisworks. It is, as I understand it, part of Avecto's Privilege Guard product. Navisworks should run under a standard user account, but it has not been tested under third party products that manage user rights, as far as I am aware.

Can you try Freedom without Privilege Guard active? Can Privilege Guard be instructed to treat Freedom as a normal user application?

Hope that helps,

Jeff

Read entry about Avecto earlier and just went in one ear and out the other

Removed Avecto Freedon now works ok

Thanks

NavisWorks (any version or flavor)
is incompatible with Avecto Privilige Guard 2.7 (Build 52)
the solution is to upgrade Avecto Privilige Guard 2.7 (Build 63) or above
or to downgrade to Avecto Privilige Guard 2.6 (Build 151)
