question about navisworks

Does navisworks have a browser-based version?I mean, can I use the IE for example ,to review 3D models?

With version 2011 there was an ActiveX example provided in

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Simulate 2011\api\COM\examples\ACTX_01\ACTX_01.html

So there is a possibiltiy, provided you install a licensed version of Simulate on your web server.

But I don't know how it has evolved in version 2014

There's still plug-ins, but you still need to install something, which is usually the second question after "free license".  Usually better off just installing Freedom and be done with it.
