Where is the classic interface option?

Where's this option in 2015 right now?

It used to be in F12 > Interface > User Interface, see attached.

That option is gone, where is it right now?

Why did they take away the classic mode?  It's much better than the ribbon mode!

So where can I get these buttons now in the ribbon mode?  See attached.

Things change.  The only way for you to stop things changing is to contract to create your own software to your own specifications.  Even then, change may be forced by changes to the underlying support software which is not under your direct control.  Be adaptable to changing software, as that is the only constant.

I understand things change.

I was just asking question regarding where can I find those 4 buttons I listed above that I used to be able to do in the Classic mode.  That's all.  Because I can't find them in the 2015 help menu.

Another benefit of the change is that more and more Autodesk applications get the same interface, which is a benefit for all new users that already know AutoCAD or Inventor or whatever.

For your missing buttons, use the ViewCube:

Click on an edge or a corner of the ViewCube to get a "View All" or use the "Page Up" button on your keyboard.

(Page Down is "Zoom Selected" in case you did not know)

Click on a side of the ViewCube to have the functionality of the +X +Y and +Z buttons.
