Unable to transfer license using LTU

Hi all,

 

Unable to transfer license using LTU. When I go to sign in get the message....license not valid.....

It is Navisworks 2012 Simulate, and was purchased from a recognized Autodesk reseller.

Any ideas please? Thanks in advance.

Hi Paul!

 

That is typically caused by a license that has been upgraded per a subscription contract that has since expired. Can you please either send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with the serial number, or contact our License Assistance Team to verify.

Navisworks Simulate 2020: neither Activation or Online License Transfer (OLT) is working for me?

 

 

"Activation request does not match license type, Your activation request does not match the license type (stand-alone or network)"

and

"Import request failed, the serial number is not valid for the product you are trying to transfer"
