Stairs and railings in "no level"

Is there a way to make stairs and railings from Revit connected to the right level when imported to Navisworks?

 

I opened a .rvt -file in Navisworks 2013 and the "stairs"-objekt is in connected to the right level while the Railings, Runs and Supports-objects are in "no level" in the selection tree.

If you look in Revit, you will find that those object are not associated to the level either.  There may be a property of Reference Level, but not always.  If you want the model from Revit to be 'sliced' by level, then the NWC need to be produced that way.  Below are a couple links that will help toward that end:
