Product Design Suite Ultimate 2013 no Manage

I've been on the phone now with AutoDesk, waiting for someone to take my call, so I figired while I wait, and possible not get an answer today, I'd post this inquiry.

My IT guys installed Product Design Suite Ultimate, but with no Manage, and manage is supposed to come with the "Ultimate Suite".

I'm supposed to go to subscription center and download it?  But I can't find the link anywhere.  I have been told by my reseller that I have been added as the software coordinator.

Any ideas anyone?  Still on hold, 45 minutes now.

2013 Product Design Ultimate did not come with Navisworks Manage

Navisworks Mange was added in 2014 Product Design Ulitimate Suite
