Navisworks Simulate 2014 Pipe visibilty

My Cadworks 2014 files (dwg, nwc or dwf) when opened with Navisworks Simulate 2014 will not show the solid properties of my piping just the centerline and wireframe.  See image.

 

I have successfully installed the Service Pack 1 and the Hotfix; this has eliminated the crashing but not the visibility issue.  Any thoughts and recommendations? Anyone?

Like any other product, AutoDesk or third-party, using custom objects, you will need the correct object enabler installed.  You may need to re-install it to register it with the Navisworks program.
