Navisworks 2013 Crash while running Clash Detective

Hi,

Has anyone else run into this problem?  I load up all my .nwc files (export from civil 3D) and I run clash detective then it crashes.  However, when I select "update all" it seem to show the # of clashes, but it doesnt show where they are.  The minute I click on "Run" navisworks crashes.

I have updated to SP2.  Can someone please help.

Thanks

Thank you for your post.  In this case you mention it crashes.  Are you prompted to submit an error report and if so what is the email used to submit with?  From the Autodesk side we can search these and see where and what the cause of the crash may be.  Additionally you can also try applying the clash detection hotfix that was released after update 2 for the 2013 product.  This was something specific to the update 2 applications and clash issues development saw.  I have included this to download below.  Please apply and let us know how this worked out.  Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for the response. I downloaded the hotfix, however, when I run it, it says no Navisworks Manage SP2 installs found, but I even tried reinstalling SP2 and it still gives me the same error. I Ran the 64bit version, should I try the 32bit one?

The software may need a repair in case there was an interruption during the application of the update (caused possibly by MS update or AV scan/update).  Has this been tested?
