Insert 3D module in Navisworks

I am beginner to use NavisWorks. I always use autocad electrical to do schematic and single line drawings. Now i'd like to put a 3D calbe tray and junction box into a plant layout drawing with nwd extension. Could I do 3D module of cable tray and junction box  in autocad electrical? Could i put these 3d module in the right plant position by using NavisWorks?

I appreciate for everyone's answer !

As Far As I know, AutoCAD Electrical has all the command of AutoCAD as well.

Start a new drawing based on acad.3D.dwt (or acadiso3D.dwt if you will draw in (milli)meters)

Ther is a tab 3D tools that will allow you to start modelling using the basic AutoCAD commands, or with 3D blocks

Save your work as DWG file.

Navisworks Simulate then can append your DWG to other models and/or NWD files

and than "save as" them all togehter into a singel, merged NWD file that can be viewed using Navisworks Freedom
