Graphics/Proxies Representations - MEP 2014 -> 2013 -> Navisworks 2012

I am creating my BIM models using AutoCAD MEP 2014. My client is opening the modeled drawings in AutoCAD MEP 2013 and Narvisworks 2012 and the pipes/fittings/valves appear like boxes and rectangles (perhaps proxies). My client does not have AutoCAD MEP 2014 for us to compare so we can't field test it.

My hunch is that the catalogs for AutoCAD MEP 2014 are in a different location than those of AutoCAD MEP 2013 and because he doesn't have AutoCAD MEP 2014 installed on his workstation his version can't find the cast iron or copper cast components.

Has this visibility/display/proxy? problem happen to anyone else using AutoCAD MEP 2014???

Please advise.

Found it. It was part of the MEP Basic 2-Line display configuration.

Thanks.
