Clash Detection Issues: Level, gird and distance intersection.

Hi everybody, I have a problem with Naviswork Clash Detection, when I check Clash of elements, i don't understand  Naviswork export results such as : Level, gird and distance intersection.

im also having this issues. looking at your post is on 2014...now its 2017...anyone can answer this? How navisworks assign object to levels and grid for clash detective.
