ActiveX Control close file on open option

I'm trying to set the close files on open option so that i may update the nwd file that everyone is looking at on a webpage.  I know in Navisworks you can set the options when you load a file.  Does anyone know what you need to put in the code to set this option?  This way if someone leaves the page open i can still update the nwd file.  Here is the code i have.

As I know, no an API for this option. But probably there is a registry to configure it, which I do not know...
