vb.net sample for land desktop 2005 & 2006

Is anyone programming land desktop 2005 and/or 2006 with the .net api?

I would appA basic sample of how to connect to LD via vb.net. I have successfully programmed Civil 3D with vb.net but do not have enough experience to adjust to the code to interact with LD. Here's a sample of the code I use to connect to C3D from the sample file provided by adsk.

It appears you can you the following software to convert the LD .lib files into a .net object model.

http://www.aurigma.com/Products/COMtoNET/

I haven't done a lot of programing with it but it appears to work well.
