Is anyone aware of how to get to the options setting. such as the support
file search path, display, user preferences, create profiles etc? in c#. i'm trying to createw a .dll that will automatically set upp pa users AutoCAD. Thank you in Advance.

The only way I know is through the COM API (ActiveX)

under Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.AcadPreferencesFiles, Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.AcadPreferencesDisplay, Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.AcadPreferencesProfiles, etc...

Sorry, didn't remember the poster of that one, did you need more info?

I used to have some code which added to the SearchPath, but I've since eliminated the need. I still have a little function for my project Setup that creates a copy of the current profile and sets the Enterprise Menu File to my menu, but that's about it.
