getting at in process app from out of process

I have a in process application that the users use as stand alone applications (procedures).

I want to be able tostart autocad and be able to make calls to this application (basically automate the whole process).

Can some one point me in the right direction please or any suggestions would be helpful too.

thanks

Expose your in-process component as an ActiveX server.

You can connect to it via AcadApplication.GetInterfaceObject(),
from an external process.
