fatal error unhandled e0434f4dh exception at

i had created a plugin for Autocad 2007 in .net 2.0.

when i run the autocad  from windows it is working fine.

but when i start autocad from an external applicarion and click on the menu items that i have created in my plugin the message

"fatal error unhandled e0434f4dh exception at" and the autocad gets aborted.... please help me in this regard

Working directory of AutoCAD 2007 must be the same as directory of acad.exe
