Oooook.

Does anyone know if it is possible to manipulate tool palette groups via .NET? I would like to use the API to create an "installer" that will inject toolpalettes and palette groups into a user's existing setup...

I would suggest looking at Autodesk.Windows.PalletteSet, and the SimpleToolPallette example in the ObjectARX 2009 SDK.
