I plan to upload the file on codeproject.com,but the site has the file size limitation(4MB only).So I have to put the file on my site.

Can you post in a format other than rar? I, and I assume quite a few others,
don't have the software to decompress rar files.

If that isn't an option could you zip it and email it to riltim@gmail.com ?
It would be greatly appreciated.

My gmail cannot send zip file concluding .chm files.
I will post the download link for .chm format file later.

If you do not want buy WinRAR you can download 7-Zip (http://7-zip.org/download.html) which can extract rar,zip,7z archives. 7-Zip is free software distributed under the GNU LGPL
