When I cache data in response to changes to entites,
where/when should I check my cache and do the drawing
updates necessary. i.e. user edits an entity, I cache the
id's of other ents I need to change.
Now I need to update those ents. Can this be done safely in
the comnmand ended event? Is there a Standard for this?
