Run after load

I am certain I read about this before, but I can't find it.

I would like to have a dll that runs after it is loaded.
For example if I have a dll that writes "Hello World" to the command line, I would like it to fire as soon as the dll is loaded with out having to type any other commands.

any suggestions.
