RealDWG 2006 and .NET 2.0

I'm trying to compile a project initially build with .NET 1.0 and RealDWG 2006 with VS 2008. Framework target is .NET 2.0. On application startup, this line throws an exception System.AccessViolationException :

{code}
RuntimeSystem.Initialize(host, 1033);
{code}

host is an instance of RealDwgHost Class.

Is RealDWG 2006 compatible with. NET 2.0 ? Or is it a problem with digital signature ?

Are you loading the .dll from a network?
