Using AutoCAD 2010 I get the error "The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"
only on 64 bit computer.

When looping through block using
Dim BlkObj As Entity = objID.GetObject(OpenMode.ForRead)
BlkObj.GetType is ImpEntity
Am I doing something wrong or is RTEXT not supported on this platform?
