Palette Icon

Hi,

Does anybody know what type of image/Icon to use for a palette icon. I've tried it, but the transparent part of the icon always gets black. The icon I use are 16x16x24b

I Set the Icon property of a PaletteSet object to a Icon.
(ps. I use a icon in a AutoCAD TrayItem, it keeps it transparency)

Am I missing something?
