Our company is building some web application/service that needs to pull data from PLT file, the data is a drawing's dimensions in millimeters.
Which class we have to use, which SDK, can you please suggest us some solution to this not simple task?

As you can see in attachment exactly what i mean (Sorry that its not in english, there you can see plt file name that was uploaded to the server, and the dimensions are recognized automatically).
