MLEADERTSYLE - Changing a Property (SCALE) via .NET DLL

Is there a way to change a MLEADERSTYLE Property..specifically....SCALE.....via .NET?

 

Not sure there is a way to do it with LISP..

No yet in .NET API,

 I do not think they added it in 2012,

 but here is a way

AutoCAD 2011.

 

I have since received a way of doing this using Visual LISP in another post....so my problem is solved.
