Launching AutoCAD thro' .Net API

Hello All,
I just want to know is it possible to launch AutoCAD2006 thro' .Net API? but it is not to Launch as start external program.
i will have the requirement given below.
1 Vb.net has a WindowsApplication Project
2.and it has a windows form with a button
3 While running the program the from will pop up and by clicking the button only AutoCAD should launched.

can anybody explain the same with example code?

Try this program, it is a dll that handles the connection and some functions within Autocad.

It is created with vb.net 2003 and made for acad 2005 or 2006
