Is there VB.NET method for PREVIOUS PLOT other than SendStringToExecute?

You could use the stored parameters to write one.

The settings are located at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R18.0\ACAD-8002:409\Profiles\<<ProfileName>>\Previous plot settings
