Is the Text Window History Accessible from .NET?

Is the Text Window's history available to me as a string? Of course I can send commands to execute, prompt input, and print text. I couldn't see an obvious method or property on the Document object or the Editor object, where I would expect this functionality to be.

I'm trying to capture the text of AutoCAD's "List" command. A given entity's List method doesn't return anything, rather it prints directly to the Text Window.

So "Autodesk.AutoCAD.Internal.Utils.GetLastCommandLines" was what I was looking for.

Hi,

You can also turn the Logfile on in the Open & Save of the Options dialog, so you can read the whole history from there.
