Integration of AutoCAD OEM with .NET

We are going to develop a windows application(.NET) using AutoCAD OEM, I am able to find that AutoCAD OEM is more feasible for our development, AutoCAD OEM is an independent or it needs AutoCAD support to run.

If AutoCAD support is needed then it should be installed in all my client places (machines)?

As I understand it Autocad OEM allows you to create a stand alone custom version.

You won't need to install Autocad as OEM only has the features that you design for it.

Have you asked for the license fee? The cost could
be prohibitive unless your app is potentially profitable commercial product (and
you have a team of very good professional developers, don't
you?).
