Infrafistics NetAdvantage CLR2 ToolTips in PaletteSet

Is anyone using NetAdvantage CLR2 in Palette Sets? I've tried a number of
different methods for implementing tool tips (setting tip text on controls,
using the tooltip manager, etc.) and can't get tooltips to display for the
life of me. Even across a number of different controls (toolbar, UltraGrid,
ExplorerBar, etc.).. not a single tooltip will show.

I should have included that I'm working with AutoCAD 2007 (though the CLR2
reference was a pretty strong clue).
