IFC web viewer and editer

I need to View the 3D or 2D IFC file in some viewer in our website, and I need to apply materials to the door, wall etc.

Could any one can guide me, in Which tool I need to use for IFC, WMS files Viewing & applying the materials in our webpage and for other Customization?
