It's to trouble for me to debug a little programm of CAD.net.Can you give some help about this. I use vb.net.

.NET modules are not currently unloaded until AutoCAD terminates: http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2008/09/tired-of-not-be.html

You can try NETRELOAD from Alfred Neswadba.  It is an excellent tool to help in development and debugging.
