How to make Rotated Dimension look as vertical or horzontal ?

Hello All,

I am customizing autocad 2012 using .net.

when i create rotated dimension using AddDimRotated() method and specify angle it will make dimension in that angle.

i want the dimension to remain either Vertical or Horizontal. Please help me out in solving this problem.
