I can draw poly by c# code but how to convert UCS 2. poly

I want to do as follows

I have 2 polyline, draw first polyline and extrude region along this polyline after this process second polyline start correctly position (move 2. polyline start point to 1. polyline end point) but I can't transform second polyline to correct direction.

Can you please share a simple buildable project to demonstrate the issue ?

It will be a lot easier to debug and spot the error.
