How can dwg use in web page

i want to let a dwg file browser in IE,
how can do it,?
i use .net api change a dwg file to jpg,so i can show it in IE,
but there is many question, change a dwg file to jpg file,
you should use plot dwg to jpg,but plot a jpg it very slowly,
use autocad itself plot just use 2 second,but i use .net api
plot.PlotToFile(),it use 30 second about,why?

publish/plot Dwg file to *.dwf file is the AutoDesk's solution of viewing
dwg data on the web. Although many choose PDF.

i can browser in client?

You need to install Acad Express Viewer to view *.dwf (stand-alone or inside
browser), just as you need Acrobat Reader for *.pdf.

it is not i want to see,
i can't install activex in every client,
is there any other way to see *.dwg file in IE?
