Hi...

When I load a DLL with NETLOAD, this only work in the drawing the was active where NETLOAD was executed. Is there an AutoCAD setting to enable netload across all drawings?

The Initialize method only runs once when your dll
is loaded.  If you want to run code on every open drawing then you will
need to do as Norman suggested in your other post.
