Determine whether or not a point inside polyface mesh

I do not speak English very well, so there is nothing wrong expect people to sympathize. My problem is I have an object polyface mesh and any point, people can help you determine which points in the mesh object polyface not?

Sorry, maybe I say no clearly, I mean want to find  z-coordinate of any point on the object polyfacemesh, I have tried IntersectWith method , but not success.
