I am adding a custom ribbon tab in Civil 3d as described in many sources, for example, http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2008/04/the-new-ribbonb.html . But one thing is missing: when using ICommand-derived handler, CanExecute and CanExecuteChanged seem to be unused at all.
