Create plot style tables from file

Does anyone know if it is possible to create plot style tables from a
spreadsheet, database or text file?

The question isn't clear.

Are you asking whether it is possible to do that
directly, or indirectly via code?

In general, if the API makes it possible to create
something via code, then its possible to do that
using data from any source, including the ones
you mention. But of course, doing it requires code
to be written.

So, is this actually an "if" question, or a "how" question?

I guess I need to know if it can be done with code as there is no way to do
it with Autocad. Is there an API for Plot Style tables?
