Hello all,

I m using Autocad 2012 with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

I have added reference of three DLLs.

1.AcCui.dll

2.Acdbmgd.dll

3.acmgd.dll

When i run the project,i m getting an error :

   "Could not load file or assembly acmgd.dll"

Please help how to solve this error.

Have you set the 'Copy Local' Property of the reference to False??
