How Can i connect my Function in vb.net with autocad command (in drawing)

but i have other questions

- i will compile my vb.net project to exe file or what?? and where can i put it to run ??

 in this code where the command letters where can i write in the autocad command

You will compile your program into a class library. dll file.
You can use the netload command to load the file. or use the registry to automatically load them.
