Can not ref acmgd.dll or acdbmgd.dll.

I have already posted this in the Map Developer group here http://discussion.autodesk.com/thread.jspa?threadID=476093. As it may not be specific I am reposting here hoping the cross post gestapo are not watching.

Using Visual Studio 2003 & Map 3D 2007 I can not add references to acmgd.dll or acdbmgd.dll. I recieve the message shown in the attached image.

Has any one had the same problem or successfully added the references.

I am using the same process as with VS03 & Map05 which works.

You need VS 2005.

I think you need .NET 2.0 and VS2005.

Thanks Tony, Jimmy and Norman (in map group) you confirmed my suspicions. The ObjectARX docs are not to clear on it. I will try an Express edition before getting the commitment to upgrade.
