Calling a LISP program from VB.NET

Hi all,
I am currently working a program from VB.NET and I want to call a LISP file so that it will run to my VB.NET program. How will I do That? e.g the menu was created from VB.NET and if will click a button the function that will be running was created in LISP. I hope I made myself clear. thanks.
