It appears there is a bug in the >net API when highlighting subentities.
If you create a nested block and locate the top most block somewhere other than where it was created the subentity will show its highlight at the original creation location and not on the subentity graphics.
If you would like to see the code to duplicate this bug please respond to this post. I have attached a DWG so you can test.
