Block dissapears when moving any of its attributes

Using Civil 3D 2009:
Error: when moving any attribute on any block part of the block disappears until I do a regen. The attribute is still visible after moving. I am using a simple grip edit move on the attributes. This affects all blocks with attributes.
I have never come across this issue before. this is affecting regular(non-dynamic) blocks...simple blocks. If anybody has come across this please help.
Also, even after I regen i can't select the block anymore.

I have the same issue in Map3D. It was introduced in 2009. Don't know if fixed in 2010. Don't know if it is a generic AutoCAD issue of just these verticals.

Well, at least I know I'm not the only one. I will keep searching for an answer. Thanks for your reply. Again, if anybody can help it will be appreciated.

Have you tested the drawing in Civil 3D 2009 or Map3D 2009?

Hopefully someone can either confirm it is not a problem in either Civil or Map 2010 or can confirm it is an issue in Vanilla 2009 which with your info would indicate it was a bug that has been fixed.

>>Also, even after I regen i can't select the block anymore.

Select an attribute and all the grips should show then select the grip relating to the block insertion point and move it back on to itself. The block should now be selectable.

I still do not know if this is/was an issue for just the products we are using or all 2009 Autocad versions and whether it is fixed in 2010 for our versions.

Well, I gues I'm still the only one with this issue. Attached is a sample drawing. It has a "spot elevation" block (just a simple block with attributes). If you move the attribute the rest of the block dissapears until you regen the drawing. Can somebody confirm this with Civil 3D 2009?

No you are not the only one with the problem. If you repost in the correct group you will probably get a lot more responses.
See my previous reply that explains how to make the block selectable again.
