BUG: cannot inherit form in Visual Studio with Autocad 2008 DLL

I found an annoying bug using Visual Studio 2005 with Autocad 2008.
It's not possible to inherit forms while using acdbmg and acmgd DLLs.

Look at attached code.
If I simply declare a variable like:
Private test As ObjectId
I cannot inherit forms receiving an "Unable to load assembly" error.

I've upgrade a project from Autocad 2006 with more than 20 inherited forms and now I cannot edit them!!

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Stefano

Sorry to hear you've been bitten. So was I.

Read this newsgroup and you'll find more discussion on this.

Unfortunately, Autodesk doesn't seem to think its necessary
to support the Visual Studio IDE. To add insult to injury, they
don't seem to think its necessary or prudent to warn anyone
about the problem.

Thanks to Tony, the solution is adding Autocad path to the system windows PATH variable.
