Is there a ActiveX for C# to view AutoCAD file.

Are you asking if there's an activex control that is capable of displaying
AutoCAD dwg files? Do you want the whole dwg or only the thumbnail?

only display dwg file on my program(C#) with some feature like zoom.

you might try looking at Volo View Express ActiveX control
