Our application runs well. but yestoday, some guys change their computers, when they execute the command defined by our application, AutoCAD will collapse with FATAL ERROR.But the command build in AutoCAD such as "Line" doesn't.
Any suggestions? this is an emergency problem,so any reply will be appreciate.thank you all.

Hi,
>> some guys change their computers
What did they change? Did they get new pc's or did they change person A to pc B and vice versa?
What happens if "they change back"?
When you load your application with _NETLOAD ==> do you/do they get any messages?
